  • Match Data: Scores, tee times, courses played, game results, ratings and reviews

  • Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, time spent in the App

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers

  • Matchmaking: To connect you with other golfers and facilitate tee time coordination

Any analytics or aggregated data derived from your usage is used exclusively to improve the App experience. We do not monetize this data through sales to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party companies.

The following information is visible to other users of the App:

  • Display name, profile photo, home course, skill level

  • Rankings, statistics, and match history

  • Ratings and reviews you receive from other players

  • Comments and messages posted in match chats

  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting, payment processing, and email services that help us operate the App (under strict confidentiality agreements)

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Account Deletion: Delete your account and associated data (contact support)

  • Notification Preferences: Control what notifications you receive in Settings

  • Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format

  • Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from promotional emails (required service emails will still be sent)

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

8. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

  • Right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used

  • Right to delete your personal information (subject to exceptions)
